Helping families with illnesses.
Dough 4 Joe started in 2005 to help Joe Sampson and his family members. Joe was suffering from several cancerous spinal and brain tumors, requiring multiple trips to the Mayo Clinic. Often times the visits caused financial strain on Joe's family. Though Joe died from his battle with cancer in 2008, the event lives on to help other families in need suffering from illness.
Free will donation for the run gets you: free meal, free t-shirt, shuttle service, live music. The event will also have vendors, games, kids activities, primitive camping and more. See website for more information.
